TANDEM in Fethiye paragliding On our flights, we take an average of 200 photos and 5 video recordings in the air. We also use a 360-degree action camera as a second camera. The main reason why photos are so important and special on Fethiye Ölüdeniz flights is the unique natural scenery. Ölüdeniz is one of the rare places in the world where green and blue blend perfectly. Below, we have compiled the 5 best poses you can strike during your Babadağ flight for you. Be sure to check them out before your flight!
After taking off from Babadağ, before you reach the sea, the pilot will tell you to turn back and will take your photo, making sure only you are in the frame. During this time, you should lean to your left, turn back, and pose comfortably with a smile. You can also make a heart shape with your hand towards the front, or spread your arms and relax your legs.
We have two cameras on our paragliding flights. One of these cameras is a special 360-degree camera. Approximately 15 photos are taken with this camera in the air, and their quality is very high. You can get dozens of different angles from a single frame with the help of an application we download to your phone. When we come over the sea, the pilot will ask you to lean back, spread your arms, and extend your legs one over the other, and will take your photo from above. This pose creates the feeling that “the Earth is round.”.
During Babadağ flights, dense clouds often form in the sky at the beginning and end of the season. While cloudy weather might seem like a disadvantage at times, it actually allows for very aesthetic shots. If the weather is cloudy during your planned flight, ask your pilot to fly close to the clouds for photos. To avoid appearing dark while flying among the clouds, the parachute is angled to directly face the sun. If you position the sun behind you, legendary shots can be captured.
Around the 20th minute of your flight, when you arrive over the world-famous Kumburnu (Blue Lagoon), your pilot will ask you to lean back and pose with your arms open. While one pose is taken from above with a wide angle, the other is taken from the right diagonal, so that only you and the lagoon view are in the photograph. It is by far the most iconic paragliding pose.
In Ölüdeniz, when you are near the end of your flight, request a special pose from your pilot during the glide, with the ground appearing to be half beach and half sea. When striking this pose, which is a perfect closing shot, be sure to wear sunglasses to add a cool and professional look.
